The women’s struggle for gender equality is a tale of courage and determination that has shaped the course of history. Visionary women like Elizabeth Cady Stanton and Sojourner Truth led the way in the fight for women’s suffrage in the United States, while Emmeline Pankhurst campaigned in England, laying the groundwork for a globally impactful social transformation.
In the 20th century, public figures like Simone de Beauvoir, Rosa Parks, Audre Lorde, and the Spanish Clara Campoamor resonated worldwide, advocating for emancipation and equal opportunities. The subsequent decades witnessed the emergence of feminist movements addressing crucial issues such as wage equality, access to education, and control over one’s own body. Women united, raising their voices and challenging stereotypes, convincing the world that gender equality is not a privilege but a fundamental right.
That struggle still persists, and every step forward, no matter how small, is a testament to the resilience and transformative power that resides in every woman. In the steadfast demands of the present lie the achievements for future generations.
The Triumph of Reason celebrates the pride in what has been achieved and honours those who have worked tirelessly to overcome obstacles. Our protagonist gazes directly at us, warm, tender, and confident. She rests but does not sleep, fully aware that the journey is not yet complete.
This work is part of the European Unity collection, which Gómez Cambronero presented in November 2023 in a major solo exhibition at the European Parliament in Brussels.

If desired, shipping insurance can be purchased to cover the artwork 100% in case of damage or theft during transport. Depending on the destination, the buyer may have to pay customs fees.
The price of the artwork does not include shipping. Due to the diversity of international destinations, each shipment may have different rates and regulations based on the destination country, so it is not possible to establish a fixed shipping price associated with each artwork from the outset.
The buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
For your convenience, I offer two options:
Shipping Service Provided by Me: I will coordinate the shipping and provide you with a detailed quote based on your location. This way, you can receive the artwork without worrying about the logistics.
Shipping Organized by the Buyer: If you prefer, you can arrange the shipping with the carrier of your choice. I will provide you with the dimensions, weight of the packaged artwork, and the pickup address (13250 – Daimiel – Spain).
In both cases, I will ensure that each artwork is carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition and will provide any necessary documentation for customs or import.
If you have any questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me. I am here to help make your buying experience simple and enjoyable.
